This PR fixes the errors like below:

```

```

The following datatypes needs to be defined in `torch/csrc/jit/codegen/fuser/cuda/resource_strings.h` for ROCm versions >= 7.0.

```
typedef unsigned char uint8_t;
typedef signed char int8_t;
typedef short int  int16_t;
typedef long long int int64_t;
typedef unsigned long long int uint64_t;
```
