Fixes https://github.com/pytorch/pytorch/issues/132720 The reason is that changing the privateuse1 module is global and so can race when other tests happen to check if it is enabled. Pull Request resolved: https://github.com/pytorch/pytorch/pull/145380 Approved by: https://github.com/Skylion007, https://github.com/janeyx99
