81dbeb06f4 CUDA aarch64 12.6 and 12.8 builds fix triton constraints (#165013) 
Since we have introduced CUDA aarch64 builds for all cuda versions we need to remove this constraint.
This was missed by https://github.com/pytorch/pytorch/pull/162364

Proper constraint on triton should be:
```
Requires-Dist: triton==3.5.0; platform_system == "Linux"
```

not:
```
Requires-Dist: triton==3.5.0; platform_system == "Linux" and platform_machine == "x86_64"
```

ea6846b231 [CI] Remove the unnecessary workflow related functorch (#162581) 
The [docs](https://docs.pytorch.org/functorch/stable/) about `functorch` has been migrated into [PyTorch Doc](https://docs.pytorch.org/docs/stable/func.html) since PyTorch 2.0, so I think we can remove it right now to reduce the compute resources usages.

06c7516994 [BE] Upgrade XPU support package to 2025.2 (#158733) 
Including below changes,

- Add XPU support package 2025.2 build and test in CI for both Linux and Windows
- Keep XPU support package 2025.1 build in CI to ensure no break issue until PyTorch 2.9 release
- Upgrade XPU support package from 2025.1 to 2025.2 in CD for both Linux and Windows
- Rename Linux CI job name & image name to n & n-1
- Update XPU runtime pypi packages dependencies of CD wheels
- Remove deprecated support package version docker image build

7275f28045 Fix cuda 12.9 aarch64 GPU builds. Update CUDA_STABLE variable. (#157630) 
This contains 2 fixes that required in main and will need to be cherry-picked to Release 2.8 branch:

5116293f7e [XPU] Split triton version as 2 files to decouple triton version bump (#155313) 
Triton XPU shares its version file with the community one. When the community updates Triton version, it will temporarily break the XPU CI/CD because they use different repositories and commits. To decouple Triton version bumps between the community and XPU, we propose splitting the version into two separate files.

179e7d8624 Fix vs2022 caused AVX512 illegal instruction issue. (#153480) 
Fixes #145702

Add `/d2implyavx512upperregs-` to disable compiler over-aggressive optimization, which caused involeved AVX512 register on AVX2 machine.

3a6b3c8e0e Combine windows x64 and arm64 yaml template files (#149850) 
While introducing Windows-Arm64 nightly workflows, we created a separate template file for win-arm64. This PR combines x64&arm64 and deletes the win-arm64 one.

9b1127437e Add triton as dependency to CUDA aarch64 build (#149584) 
Aarch64 Triton build was added by: https://github.com/pytorch/pytorch/pull/148705
Hence add proper contrain to CUDA 12.8 Aarch64 build

Please note we want to still use:
```platform_system == 'Linux' and platform_machine == 'x86_64'```
For all other builds.

Since these are prototype binaries only used by cuda 12.8 linux aarch64 build. Which we would like to serve from download.pytorch.org

Using a python script but using bash might be easier...

Changes by apply order:

1. Replace all `".."` and `os.pardir` usage with `os.path.dirname(...)`.
2. Replace nested `os.path.dirname(os.path.dirname(...))` call with `str(Path(...).parent.parent)`.
3. Reorder `.absolute()` ~/ `.resolve()`~ and `.parent`: always resolve the path first.

    `.parent{...}.absolute()` -> `.absolute().parent{...}`

4. Replace chained `.parent x N` with `.parents[${N - 1}]`: the code is easier to read (see 5.)

    `.parent.parent.parent.parent` -> `.parents[3]`

5. ~Replace `.parents[${N - 1}]` with `.parents[${N} - 1]`: the code is easier to read and does not introduce any runtime overhead.~

0610b9730e Do not use builder repo for MacOS builds (#142277) 
Added c7564f31f7/wheel/build_wheel.sh to `.ci/wheel/` folder

Commented out call to 39532891a0/run_tests.sh, because since 2018 this script just checked that tests folder is there and exited, as there are no way to run all pytorch tests in single shard, see this logic:

https://github.com/pytorch/pytorch/pull/123390 is a misread attempt to interpret above-mentioned logic, as run_tests will be skipped if `${SKIP_ALL_TESTS}` is a non-empty string

bae9510307 Fix pytorch-triton nightly checksum shorthash (#141410) 
Binary build is failing in trunk after https://github.com/pytorch/pytorch/pull/139206 lands, for example, https://github.com/pytorch/pytorch/actions/runs/11981181986/job/33410250461#step:17:539.  It's a bit tricky to spot the issue but the difference is between `3.2.0+35c6c7c628` set by PyTorch and `3.2.0+git35c6c7c6` from triton (look closely one has the length of 10, the other of 8 characters)

Triton now has its own nightly build logic in https://github.com/triton-lang/triton/pull/4812 that takes only 8 characters by default while the original logic from PT took 10. So, PT nightly couldn't find the dependency.
