Use absolute path path.resolve()
-> path.absolute()

Changes: 1. Always explicit `.absolute()`: `Path(__file__)` -> `Path(__file__).absolute()` 2. Replace `path.resolve()` with `path.absolute()` if the code is resolving the PyTorch repo root directory.
