Fix infinite loop when iterating over an empty zip (#159673)
Dynamo would enter in an infinite recursion when `ZipVariable.next_variable(tx)` was called and there was no iterable to be iterated Pull Request resolved: https://github.com/pytorch/pytorch/pull/159673 Approved by: https://github.com/williamwen42
